This is just an email to announce that we’re going to start with intuo, a platform that will allow us to get a better view on employee engagement.
It’s important for us to know how you feel about the culture in our company. So instead of sending a yearly long survey you will be receiving five/ten short questions in your inbox on a weekly basis/XXX. All feedback (both the score or the open feedback you’re providing) is anonymous but both HR and your team leader will be able to look into it on a team-level so we can follow-up accordingly.
It’s really important for us to get your honest feedback because we need your help to establish a better culture. You can expect the first questions next XXX.
Soon we will start with a platform to map the involvement within our organization.
Why? The aim of this project is to strengthen the culture we want to establish. The results will be directly visible to the team leader and HR department. This way you can be listened to and there can be taken action very quickly.
Who? You! (We start with a three-week pilot project. You are one of the test persons. Afterwards
we evaluate whether this results in relevant data and whether the use of the new platform is efficient.)
How and when? Since we want to map this in a continuous way, you will receive five/ten questions in your mailbox every XXX. It takes three minutes to complete it. Moreover, the answers you give are 100% anonymous!

When? You can consult the tool wherever you want and whenever you want. Of course, it is useful to follow the predetermined process so that you know what is expected from you and your team leader.
We’re starting with a new platform to keep track of all our internal courses in a structured and amusing way.
Why? We want to focus on personal development. Obviously, linked to that we want to invest in continuous learning.
How? You can be invited by your supervisor to follow a certain course, you will be informed by e-mail or a notification on the platform. You can also select a course of your choice from the library. All courses you are following are collected in your private library, called 'my learning'.
When? You can follow the course on the platform at all times. If a due date is explicitly associated with the course, you will also be informed of this.

Welcome to the (...) academy. From now on we will be using an online platform for certain trainings and certifications. Whenever you receive an email notifying you that you were enrolled in a course we invite you to follow it.
You can follow the online course in your own time and at your own pace but it has equal importance as any offline training - it includes quizzes and certification to track your progress.
