If there’s someone new in your company, you can easily add them. Read this article to know how to add users to the platform.
If you add someone, they will automatically get the role of a user. But if you want to give the new employee (e.g. HR Officer, Talent Manager, Training Assistent,…) admin rights in the tool, you can change this:
- Go to the profile of the user
- Click on Edit profile
- Change the role from User to Admin
- Scroll down and click Save changes
If you do this, the new employee will have access to the studio and will be able to change the settings of the platform.
