  4. Potential categories: We take a look at all the potential categories we want our engagement survey to consist of
  5. The process: what are we going to do with the results?
  6. Configuration: Let's configure it in the tool straight away (doesn't take long)
  7. Usage goals: That way we have a goal in mind
  8. Technical links & todo's: Speaks for itself
  9. Homework (or leftover time): adding questions to the categories using old engagement surveys and intuo's set of questions.
