The configuration training is planned after the kick-off workshop.
The admin training is an online training were we explain and show you how to configure the tool. Together we are going to implement configuration decisions that have been taken during the kick-off workshop. 

An administrator is someone who can configure and manage the platform. This means that certain changes can be made in the settings & our so called "Studio". Preferably two or three admins are chosen per company. In this way, you can jump in for each other's absence. But above all, if necessary, you can make certain decisions together. 

Important note, the admin of the platform doesn't acquire more insights about the employees.
