The experience workshop is a workshop after the kick-off and bang the hammer workshop.

We now have our:

  • process defined
  • tool configured
  • communication ready

But we do want to know what the reaction of other managers and employees will be (apart from the project team).

During the experience workshop we invite managers and employees to test the process in the tool.

For example:

  • prepare a conversation
  • have a real life conversation with topics that we've included in the tool
  • set up personal objectives

We collect their feedback and change small details in the process or tool where necessary. This is our last validation before rolling out the tool. This workshop is optional but will be very valuable.

Another valuable thing that we will observe during this workshop is: what language do they use? Maybe we can give our quarterly checkins or our feedbacks a company specific name.
