In the Activity Dashboard you can monitor how often your employees use intuo, and which features get used more frequently. This is very helpful to know, because it empowers admins to develop the company culture more consciously.
If the improvement of your company culture is slower than expected, this dashboard is an excellent option to investigate why that is.
At the top of the Activity dashboard, you can see three different tabs: Organisation, Teams, and People. This article will focus on the Organisation tab first, and explain all its features. At the bottom of the article there will be a short explanation about the other tabs, mainly focussing on which functionality differs from what was explained before.
Difference between People Activity and Intuo Moments
The numbers of these metrics will often be the same. Even though the differences between them are subtle, the distinction can be important!
People Activity shows how often people are active on the platform. This means that logging in already counts! Using features like writing a note about a user, or using your todo list also counts. So this metric includes all of the platform's features.
Intuo Moments pertain specifically to the core features of the platform, such as giving praise or feedback, having a conversation, enrolling in a course, or filling out an engagement pulse.
View data as numbers or as percentages
You can choose whether you want to view the data from the charts as numbers or as percentages.
Track adoption rate
Setting goals is important! You can track the adoption rate of the platform by setting some goals. Click on the big blue box in the upper right corner of the dashboard.
You can then set goals for the adoption of a certain feature, expressed in a percentage of users. You can track the progress of these goals in the dashboard itself. The goals will be included in the charts as a horizontal line.
The 'People Activity' chart has many different filters to quickly show the data you're most interested in.
Select filters by clicking on 'Filter' in the top-right corner of the chart or select/deselect individual filters by clicking on the coloured circles at the bottom of the chart.
Each chart can be exported to different file formats. These will be downloaded and saved in the default download location of your browser.

There are two ways to export a bar chart:
- Exporting can be done by clicking 'export' in the top-right corner of a bar chart
2. By clicking the three horizontal dots (indicating options) in the top-right corner of a bar chart
Teams and People tabs
The only difference in these tabs is the export function. Rather than exporting the data as a chart and downloading it directly onto your computer, these exports will send you an email with a csv file attached.
Display data as charts or tables
An interesting feature in the Teams and People tab is the option to view the data either as a bubble chart or as a table. Switch between charts and tables with the buttons in the upper left corner.
See who gave the most praise/feedback/etc.
When you view the data as a table, it's possible to sort the columns in ascending or descending order. For example: this makes it possible to see which team, or which people, give the most/least amount of praises. Or the most/least amount of feedback...
Clicking on the columns will first sort the data first in ascending order, then descending order and thirdly, cancel the sorting (reverting back to default alphabetical ordering).
