Tracking employee engagement is about establishing and maintaining a people-centric company culture. Having engaged employees translates into loyalty towards the company, more well-being and higher productivity.
How it works
All users on the platform (both team leaders and team members) receive an e-mail on a regular basis (every week, every two weeks or every month, depending on what your organization decided) with five or ten short questions concerning their engagement. Every user receives different questions on different engagement drivers out of a pool of over 200 questions. The answers of every individual remain completely anonymous, only the origin of the team is traceable. These e-mails are sent out automatically. Apart from the very plug and play questions, there is room below every question to leave some feedback or extra information to explain why this person is giving the score. Also this feedback is optional and completely anonymous.
When you proactively track the engagement of your team members, you can anticipate and act on problems before they become troublesome. You can identify trends over time on several engagement drivers:
- Relationship with managers
- Company Knowledge
- Personal Growth
- Relationship with colleagues
Depending on the settings your company decided on, these results will be visible for all team members, or only for team leaders and admins.
You can view the details of the results under the engagement tab in the menu bar.
The percentage in the top left score indicates the overall engagement score of your team. The colour of the percentages changes according to the health (from red to orange and green). Next to it, it's also displayed how many questions were already pulsed, how many were answered and who the people are who haven't filled in their surveys for more than three times in a row.
On the right you can see the trend over time in the engagement within the organization. You can see high and lows and anticape certain unhealthy situations.
Below, you can see the ten engagement drivers, with their description of the meaning of the drivers and their scores for your team on that specific driver. It also indicates on the right if there was an increase or decrease compared to the last pulse in percentages.
As a team leader you will only have a view on the engagement score of your team(s).
If you click on one of the engagement drivers, there will be a more detailed overview on this driver and the trend over time. On the right, if there was given anonymous feedback on the drivers, team leaders can view this feedback here, under the relevant driver.
If you as a team leader need the information about the engagement results, you can download a csv in the top right corner 'export to csv' and you will receive a report via mail!
If you are a team leader of multiple teams, you can filter for the right team via the top right corner ‘filter' to see the scores for the specific team and compare that to the scores of the company.
On top of that you can also filter out your own results or to include all child teams.
