The agenda

First part of the workshop is validate and repeat the process that we've created in the kick-off workshop. 

Second part of the communication is super important, from the start, we want to set the expectations right to employees. How will we communicate the tool and the process to all the managers and employees? Communication is extremely important because we definitely want to set the right expectations to employees. We already have a lot of ideas and training material in-house but we want to collect as many ideas as possible and afterwards divide who does what.
