The content of the workshop
Step 1: The concepts (2 hrs)
In this step we first validate that everyone aspires the same working environment & culture. Then we explore the concepts that are used to create the same process for our teams. The basic concepts are: Objectives, Checkins, Feedback, Praise, Request feedback. We'll let you think on variations or additional concepts you can add.
Step 2: The drumbeat (1 hr)
Which concepts will be part of a fixed process (eg set objectives once every quarter) and which concepts will we do ad hoc (we'll implement them using the if.. then.. rule)? Let's draw the process on a whiteboard.
Step 3: The tool (1 hr)
How does that all look like in the tool? Can we already add our own objectives, give some feedback & plan some check-ins?
