A quick conversation allows you to immediately write down some conclusions, you just get straight to business: In this case you can have a talk with one of your team members without having to go through all the different stages: planning, preparing, etc. A quick conversation can be used when you have a conversation on the spo and you believe it is valuable to register that information in Unit4 Talent Management.

How to have a quick conversation?


You have 3 options:


  1. The easiest way is just hover in your main screen over the user you want to have a Quick Conversation with and choose for Quick Conversation.


  2. Go to Conversations in your menu, click on the + behind the name you want to have a Quick Conversation with and choose for Quick.

     
  3. Use the search icon, type in the name of the person you want to have a quick conversation with, click the Plan Conversation icon and choose for Quick.

 


In the text field, you can write the Summary of your conversation.

At the bottom of the screen, you still have access to the Objectives and Feedback. You can also read/add the Notes or Attachments.
