Change existing password

  • Click on your profile picture
  • Click on Edit Profile in the top right corner
  • Scroll down to Change Password
  • Fill in your old and new password and click 'Change password'.


Notewe recommend you to create a strong password. You can learn more about what a strong password is here.


I've forgotten my password

If you've forgotten your password, you can request a new one from the login screen of your platform. 

Click 'Forgot your password?' below the login form.


Enter the email address you've used for your intuo account, and you'll soon receive a link that will allow you to choose a new password for your account.


I can't login with Single Sign-on

If your platform doesn't have the option to login with email and password, the login screen could look something like this:


If you've forgotten the password of the account you use for Single Sign-on, please contact your internal IT department. 


If you see any kind of error message when trying to login, please contact the admin of your platform about it (this is someone within your company who's responsible for the configuration of the platform). They'll know if the error could be caused by your organisation's IT configuration, or if the intuo support team needs to be notified.
