Feedback templates can help your employees get started on writing feedback. It can be a source of inspiration, to know what they should write about, or provide a pre-written structure that they can easily fill in. This also makes it possible to enforce a certain uniformity in feedback. Feedback templates enable you to list questions that an employee needs to answer.
Feedback templates can be used for giving feedback, as well as requesting feedback.
Creating a new feedback template
In Studio > Feedback, go to the 'Feedback Templates' tab, and click on 'New template' in the upper right corner. First, select the appropriate type of feedback you want to create this template for. This can either be 'Give Feedback' or 'Request Feedback'. Be sure to give your template a descriptive name that will make it clear to the user what sort of text the template will insert in the message of the feedback (request).
Lock visibility of a feedback template
You can configure a feedback template to have more control over it in terms of visibility settings. It also enables greater flexibility in visibility options because you can make it visible to people outside the traditional team hierarchy with groups. If you lock the visibility of a feedback template, employees that use this template won't be able to change its visibility. In case you added a group to the visibility, they'll be able to see who is in the group.

Someone who uses a feedback template with custom visibility options that include a group will be able to see who the members of the group are by hovering over the visibility text.
Edit / delete / disable feedback templates
You can enable / disable all templates for feedback or feedback requests at once with the toggle button at the top of each section. You can edit or delete individual feedback template by clicking the options icon on the right.
