Reports and filters

Some reports will require you to select a filter. If that's the case, it will be noted in that report's section.

Filters can also affect the information that's in the report.


Filters:

  • The date filter only affects the 'All finished conversations' report.
  • Selecting a 'template' will only include the conversations with that template in the report
  • Selecting a user in the 'users' filter will only include conversations in the report that this user participated in.




All finished conversations

This report offers an overview of all the finished conversations


Note: The 'date from' and 'date to' filter have an effect on this report. Conversations will only be included if they were finished in the selected date range.


Columns:

  • conversation_id: unique identifier of the conversation
  • type: the conversation template used in the conversation
  • date: Date when the conversation was planned to take place
  • team_leader: Full name of the team leader
  • team_leader_email
  • team_leader_external_id
  • team_member: Full name of the team member
  • team_member_email
  • team_member_external_id:
  • topic(s): conversation topics linked to the conversation template
  • team: The team of the conversation participants. Useful in case users are in multiple teams
  • time_taken (in minutes): Time that was spent in the talking phase of the conversation
  • number_of_objectives_created: If an 'objectives' step is part of the conversation template, this shows how many objectives were created during the conversation
  • summary: Conversation summary
  • organisation: Name of the team member's organisation
  • department: Name of the team member's department


All planned conversations

This report offers an overview of all the planned conversations


Columns:

  • date_planned
  • type
  • team_leader: Full name of the team leader
  • team_leader_email
  • team_leader_external_id
  • team_member: Full name of the team member
  • team_member_email
  • team_member_external_id:
  • topic(s): conversation topics linked to the conversation template
  • team: The team of the conversation participants. Useful in case users are in multiple teams
  • coach_conversation: True/False - Shows if the conversation is between team leader/team member or between coach/coachee
  • organisation: Name of the team member's organisation
  • department: Name of the team member's department


All finished conversations per template

This report offers an overview of all the finished conversations of a certain template. It includes the questions linked to the template and what the conversation participants answered to them.


Note: Before you can request this report, it's necessary to select a template from the filters (icon in top right)


Columns:

  • date
  • team leader or coach: Full name of the team leader or coach leading the conversation
  • team member or coachee: Full name of the team member or coachee in the conversation
  • topic(s): conversation topics linked to the conversation template
  • team: The team of the conversation participants. Useful in case users are in multiple teams
  • time taken(in minutes): Time that was spent in the talking phase of the conversation
  • number of objectives created: If an 'objectives' step is part of the conversation template, this shows how many objectives were created during the conversation
  • summary: Conversation summary

The rest of the report shows the conversation template's questions as columns with all the participants' answers as the column value.



Amount of finished conversations between team leads and team members

This report lists all the team leaders in your organisation and how many conversations they've had with someone from their team.


Columns:

  • team_leader: Full name of the team leader
  • team_leader_email
  • team_leader_external_id
  • team_member: Full name of the team member
  • team_member_email
  • team_member_external_id
  • team(s): All the teams that the user from the team_leader column is leading
  • amount_of_conversations: amount of conversation between the team leader and team member
